At STACYC, we want to ensure your little rider is completely satisfied with their purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
